Ron Sosa is a neurodivergent advocate and leader in promoting neuroinclusivity in the veterinary profession and beyond. As the founder of SYN-APT Neuroinclusive Leadership and Coaching, he uses his experiences with ADHD and autism to champion understanding and accessibility in workplaces. Ron is an active speaker and soon to be author inspiring teams to embrace neurodiversity as a strength that drives collaboration and innovation.
My Story
